What is group critical illness insurance? A group critical illness insurance certificate provides a single cash benefit to you if you're diagnosed or treated for a covered critical illness event. The benefit is triggered by covered critical illness events such as:

  • Cancer
  • Heart attack
  • Stroke
  • End-Stage Renal Failure
  • Major Human Organ Transplant

A 25% benefit is payable for carcinoma-in-situ and coronary artery bypass surgery. Payment of the partial benefit will reduce the internal cancer or heart attack benefits by 25%.

This is for illustrative purposes only.
